Build A Balance Beam How To Build A Gymnastics Mini Bar (skilled Handyman Have An Answer?)?

How to Build a gymnastics mini bar (skilled handyman have an answer?)? - build a balance beam

I started gymnastics a small program in my community and I would like to take a mini-bar. This is a simple bar to practice basic skills of gymnastics bar. Has anyone any idea whether it is possible to build or do I have to pay $ 300 to buy one? I had local carpenters to build a beam and you save time and money. I thought I might be able to make even with mini-bar, but can not find any information about a building ... Who ever built one or know-how? Here is a basic description:
Rail: 1.5 "diameter - solid maple wood
Bar height adjustable from 38 "to beat 58th
The height of the bar is secured by a combination SnapLock Turpin /.
Spreader bar (parallel to the top bar) connects the two legs under the carpet by providing additional stability.
It looks like it might be difficult to do, but maybe there's an easier way? Ideas?

For me, this project is not at all sound complicated - but no experience to try to more trouble than worth it. If you have photos of similar devices, you must show your loggers in the region should be able to cope - but not surprised if someone close to the built-in $ 300. Double-charging or tripling the cost of materials is a common practice in dealing with custom wood ...

You must ask yourself, how long is not YOUR (ask, worse, or) the safety of their students, and if so, you could choose, it's better to just go ahead and buy one.

In short, the mass production brings the cost, so unless you have a family member of the timber with the extra time and a well stocked shop, a theme, and frequently is likely to be less expensive. Analyze your options.

Sorry for not staying with my own shop, and so far away. As you know, had for the cost of other materials will be built.
